The Performing Arts Council is committed to providing every child at Southwest High School with a high-quality performing arts experience. Studies measuring creative thinking, critical thinking, problem solving and reasoning have found these functions increase and improve when arts education is added to the educational mix. Additionally, the Performing Arts offer opportunities, friendships and growth unlike any other school-based activity.

Donations to the PAC account for over 50% of the annual budget for instruments, plays and instruction. The school pays for the building and the teacher’s salaries. We do the rest and we need your help! Donate now!

Auditorium Fund Seat Plaque: Honor a new Southwest graduate, thank a special teacher or celebrate your family’s support of performing arts programs at Southwest with a permanent engraved plaque on a seat in Southwest High School’s auditorium.
